GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of mobile phone accessories, made remotely via computer network on the Site rovidesign.it owned by IC Trading S.r.l.
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the regulations set forth in Law No. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his dealings with IC Trading S.r.l., these general conditions of sale, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him in accordance with the above rules, also noting that IC Trading S.r.l. does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
The contract is considered definitively concluded, except in cases of return or withdrawal, at the moment of delivery of the product to the Carrier. Prior to this time, availability of the product and receipt of the money, if you have chosen an advance payment, is essential.
IC Trading S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, upon notice to the buyer, for any of the following reasons:
- the product ordered is out of stock (non-availability of the product);
- inability to receive payment authorization (transaction denied);
- the customer does not meet the conditions listed in the General Conditions of Sale.
Commitments of the Customer
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be reviewed online by customer visitors to the rovidesign.co.uk Site before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.
The customer undertakes and is obliged, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these General Conditions of Sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process carried out, in order to fully satisfy the condition set out in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999.
Purchase modalities
The purchase of products, available as they are illustrated and described online in the relevant detailed sheets, is made by the customer at the price indicated, plus any transport costs and, where applicable, also the costs of collection.
The products are depicted and made visible on the rovidesign.it Site accurately and corresponding to the characteristics actually possessed. In any case IC Trading S.r.l. is not able to guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to the images and colors as they appear on the customer's monitor.
Before confirmation of the order, the customer will be summarized the cost of each product chosen and the shipping costs.
Order
By confirming the order, upon completion of the contract, the customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing all the details of the order. Upon acceptance of the order by IC Trading S.r.l., a further written communication will be sent to the customer with confirmation of order fulfillment.
Prices
The prices shown on the rovidesign.it Site are in euros and are quoted exclusive of VAT. Transport costs are excluded.
The prices applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the order by the customer. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices from time to time indicated on the site, cancel and replace those previously indicated.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The logistics partner chosen by the seller guarantees delivery in 24/48 hours in the Italian territory and up to 72 hours in Europe. If an item is not in stock at the time of the order, it is communicated to the customer as soon as possible, confirming the date of availability or proposing an equivalent product as a replacement.
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to the weight of the products purchased (for Italy) or according to the weight ratio of the product/country of destination (for non-EU shipments, to which the cost of Customs Practices must be added).
Insurance of the goods during transport can be added, where applicable and if chosen by the customer.

Delivery to the Customer's home
The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the seller to the shipping address indicated by the customer on the order with insured shipping, where provided and if chosen by the customer.
Pickup at the Seller's place of business.
In case this option is provided, the purchased products can be picked up at the operational headquarters of IC Trading S.r.l. located in Rome at Via Bernardino Alimena, 82, at no additional cost. The customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as the order is ready to be picked up.
PAYMENTS
Payment for the Products you intend to purchase through the seller's website can be made in the following ways:
Credit Card or PayPal
Payment by PayPal account is immediate. Registering for free opens a personal account (leaning on another bank account, credit card or prepaid card, such as Postepay), after which you can make or receive payments.
Using this medium for Internet purchases provides an opportunity to act without the need to dispense one's data or credit card numbers in any way.
Payments can thus be made through one's Paypal account, Postepay, credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard, as well as prepaid cards belonging to the Visa Electron circuit.
Sending money is free of charge, and after that the customer receives an e-mail confirming the payment made.
Bank transfer
The sending of what has been ordered on the Site rovidesign.it will take place only upon the actual crediting of the amount due, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically canceled.
In case of payment by bank transfer the bank details and all necessary instructions will be sent by e-mail upon confirmation of the order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is allowed only within the Italian territory and for orders over €100.00.
Upon delivery of the shipment, the recipient must pay the courier the amount indicated on the Waybill, i.e. on the transport document, according to the payment method reported (cash).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Return for reconsideration
If the Product purchased through the rovidesign.co.uk Site does not satisfy the customer, the customer may return it to the seller, without having to specify the reason and without penalty, within 14 working days from when he received it.
In order to return the product, the customer must, within the aforementioned period, contact Customer Care at the e-mail address info@rovidesignit communicating his or her reconsideration. Before proceeding with the return of the product, the customer must wait for specific instructions.
After communicating his or her reconsideration, the customer must send in its original packaging the product he or she intends to return to the address that will be communicated by the seller. The cost of such shipment will be borne by the customer.
Once the product returned by the customer has been received and its integrity verified, all sums paid to purchase it, excluding shipping costs, will be returned within 30 days of the return of the goods.
If the product is found to be not intact, the customer will not be entitled to the return of such sums.
The return shipment, until the certificate of receipt, is the full responsibility of the customer. IC Trading S.r.l. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In case of damage to the goods during transport, IC Trading S.r.l. will notify the customer of the incident, to enable him to file a complaint against the carrier and obtain any refund.
Conformity defects
In case of conformity defects of products sold on the Site rovidesign.it, the customer must immediately contact Customer Care at the e-mail address info@rovidesign.it. The customer has the right to the restoration, without charge, of the conformity of the goods by replacement or a suitable reduction in price or termination of the contract.
This right is forfeited if the customer does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to rovidesign.co.uk (including its contents) are the exclusive property of IC Trading S.r.l. and its contents may not be reproduced in whole or in part, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, linked and used for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of IC Trading S.r.l.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Any complaints should be forwarded to the following e-mail address info@rovidesign.it. Civil disputes concerning the application, execution and interpretation of the distance sales contract are subject to Italian jurisdiction and the Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 14 of EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers residing in the states belonging to the European Union are hereby informed that for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to this contract and the online services offered by this site, there is the possibility of resorting to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) procedure, provided by the European Commission, which can be reached at the following link:
